eFlow lets counties, hospitals, schools, and other organisations publish a service catalogue, collect required details, bill customers, and settle through Paysasa. Customers pay on USSD, pay.paysasa.com, or the app — without creating a wallet account for simple M-Pesa payments. Staff manage catalogue, requests, exceptions, and confirmations from the business dashboard.
Status reflects whether Paysasa currently has this module enabled for customers. Offline features may still be available in private beta or for selected businesses.
